The customer service was top notch. We received a welcome text with clear directions/guidance to the facility. The map of the floor plan was easy to read. We were concerned about having an interior unit, however the access was very easy and the complimentary cart made it easy to move our boxes to the storage unit. The facility is spotless and well lit. I had a few questions and received prompt replies. Our expectations were exceeded and made us decide to immediately rent another unit.

When I arrived to drop the boat off, I had a chance to walk thru the facility with Neal.
