Q. What are your office hours?
We are primarily virtual or by appointment. You can access your storage unit 24/7.
Q. How secure is the facility?
A. We have a 24/7 night and day surveillance camera system with video backup devices backed up to DVD weekly to protect your unit.
Q. Is There Insurance On My Unit?
A. We do offer insurance on stored items. Storage in the Large Indoor Warehouse for RVs, seasonal toys etc are best covered with your homeowners policy or auto policy. We suggest that you check with your insurance company.
Q. Do we offer month to month rentals?
A. YES. You can Rent by the month - so you can move out when ready without loosing money.
Q. Is there a security deposit?
A. YES. We have a security deposit equal to 1 months rent. [ See lease terms and conditions ].
Q. Can I get to my stored items anytime?
A. YES. For the inside / drive up self storage areas and the outside storage. The warehouse requires 48 hour notice due to security issues.
Q. Do you have climate controlled or heated units?
A. NO. The units are not heated or climate controlled. However, you can access some units from the interior. You can access your storage unit from inside the building you do not have to fight the outside elements.
Q. Do you offer indoor seasonal storage for campers, cars, boats and or small RVs?
We sure do! Our indoor warehouse parking spaces are
perfect for small your RVs, cars, boats, and nearly any kind of vehicle you may have.
Q. What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access is what allows you to drive out
to our property and park your vehicle in front of your unit. This way, you
won’t have to carry your things all the way from a parking lot outside.

Q. What is semi-climate controlled storage?
Semi-climate-controlled units that are are accessed via a short hall way, away from the extreme weather conditions. They are not heated or air conditioned.
Q. Do you remove the snow from the site so I can access my unit?
A. YES. We plow the area so you can access your unit. However, the small area in front of your unit or directly adjacent to your vehicle stored outside will be your responsibility.
Q. Can I sublet or assign my lease to someone else?
A. NO.
Q. Can I make alterations to the inside storage units?
A. NO.
Can I pay my rent online?
You sure can! With our on line bill pay option. You can pay your rent from anywhere with an
internet connection.
